Currie Kendall is committed to the continuous education of its attorneys and support personnel. Our clients expect us to be current with every legal matter before us and we expect no less from ourselves. The continuing legal education of our entire staff takes place in a variety of ways. We attend or take on demand online seminars through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and other national organizations. We maintain an extensive law library which includes a subscription to all ICLE online books and publications as well as computer-assisted legal research. Instant computer access to legal publications and judicial decisions throughout the state and nationwide allows us to stay on top of precedent-setting legal decisions.
We also participate in the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys email list services which provide daily updates on issues and legislation affecting higher education and public entities as well as provide a network of knowledge and experience from attorneys practicing in these areas throughout the country.

Fee schedule
Our fees are based on the time and responsibility involved. Some work is billed hourly. For other matters, a flat fee has been formulated. Fees are discussed with clients before work is initiated.
