Representative Cases:
Ms. Jozwiak spent eleven years working directly with the Michigan Court of Appeals, before opening a private appellate practice which she operated until joining Currie Kendall in 2006.
Appellate Law: In her close to 20 years’ experience in appellate practice she handled, from both sides of the bench, a wide multitude of cases ranging from business law to personal injury.
Litigation: In the five years she has been with Currie Kendall Ms. Jozwiak continues to handle the firm client’s appellate needs while also concentrating on the litigation of civil matters. Her litigation practice includes all civil matters which have ranged from family law, real estate and commercial contract issues to business partnership disputes.
